As one of Beppu's sources of fame, the clear hot springs of Suginoi Hotel will relieve you of your daily stress, relax your joints and just might cure a number of various ailments. Our facilities are further complimented by the installation of railings and sloped entryways to help all of our guests enjoy the springs. Experience the effects of our prided hot springs in "Kazoku-yu," a hot spring the family can enjoy together, "Midori-yu," a facility for guests only, or "Tanayu," our outdoor hot spring with a glorious view of the surrounding area.

Relax and take in the view of Beppu bay at night from your comfortable position in the Tanayu baths — a complex of tubs that spread out like terraced rice paddies. During the day, if the weather cooperates, you can see as far as Sadamisaki in Shikoku. We have a large variety of baths to try, so sit back, relax and let time simply drift by.

A hot spring reserved for our guests only, providing indoor and outdoor bathing, utaseyu, and barrel bathing. Further cleanse yourself from the inside out with our drinkable hot spring water.

A feast for the senses starting with a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and topped off with the scent of hinoki cypress.

Family Bath (with Sauna)

  
Only available to guests of our Good Time Floor, this centrally located bath can be used for 1 hour without a fee. Those requiring special attention can join the family in this room by using a slide in bath for wheel chair users.
